Well, this post will be short and sweet and all pictures as I find myself preoccupied with packing and tying up loose ends before I embark on the AT. Denise, Kyle and myself headed up to the northern Presidentials last Tuesday to bag Madams (Madison & Adams) for our winter lists. We took a chance on the weather and it paid off. Sunny start to the day with overcast skies moving in as the day progressed. Despite the lack of sunshine there were patches of blue sky here and there and the lighting behind the overcast cover was just as beautiful. The wind was a bit pushy at times but nothing that we couldn't handle. It was a tough day for me with both my hips and my right shoulder aggravating me almost the entire time. Enjoy the pictures, hopefully they speak for themselves!

Hi, I'm Whitney or Tip Toe, depending on where you met me. I like to hike. A lot. I recently completed my thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail and now I am revealing all the fun details of my incredible hike. I live in the Mount Washington Valley so when I am not working or writing, I am out hiking and exploring the beautiful White Mountains. Have a question? Feel free to ask via email! Thanks for reading!
